Two bedrooms are off the living room. The smaller one has many useful built-ins including the twin bed. It also doubles as an office. The French doors in the other bedroom open onto the front porch to let in light and breezes. Between the two bedrooms is the bath. Recently rehabbed, back to the original vintage look. Glass tiles in shades of blue, white bead board walls and a tiffany-style light fixture give it that coastal look. The old claw foot tub is not old. It is even better. Pedestal sink has ample room for towels and bathroom stuff.

Large chef kitchen

Kitchen is large enough for a cooking demo. Plenty of storage in cabinets with a peninsula that can be used for cooking, eating or a grand buffet. Stainless gas range with cooktop is impressive. Chef quality. Nearby is a separate walk-in pantry.
